Refund and Returns Policy

At The Last Detail, LLC we believe 100% in excellent customer service! If a special item(s) you purchased are not exactly what you want and/or need, please let us know. We will be glad to provide a store credit or exchange for any merchandise that is or has not been used. Items should be in the same condition as received and the original packaging if applicable. Please provide a sales or gift receipt. Items taken on approval (art, furniture, accessories etc.) should be return in 48 business hours. All other returns for exchange or store credit are limited to 10 days. After that we are unable to issue a store credit and/or offer an exchange. Regular priced items will be issued a store credit or exchanged. All sale item sales are final even if received as a gift. Exchange and or credit will not be available for items that appear to be damaged or soiled. Personalized items or gift cards are not exchanged nor credited. Customers will be responsible for related shipping charges should they apply. Items returned for store credit or replacement must be sent via a mail or shipping method that is traceable and include the original receipt and packaging (if damaged upon receipt of original item).
